Appointment Policy: All appointments must be confirmed with a deposit, which is non-refundable. We require a 72- hour notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. If a client does not show up for their scheduled appointment or does not provide the required notice for cancellation or rescheduling, they will forfeit their deposit.

Touch-Up Policy: A touch-up appointment is required 6-12 weeks after the initial procedure to ensure the best possible results. Touch-up appointments will be subject to a touch-up fee.

Health and Safety: Saint Rose follows strict health and safety guidelines to ensure the safety of our clients and staff. Clients will be required to complete a health history and consent form before their appointment. If a client is found to have any contraindications to the procedure, the appointment will be rescheduled or canceled.

Healing and Aftercare: Clients will be provided with detailed aftercare instructions to ensure proper healing of their tattoo. It is important to follow these instructions carefully to achieve the best results. Saint Rose is not responsible for any complications that may occur as a result of not following aftercare instructions.

Results: Every client's skin is unique and therefore the healing process and final results may vary. Saint Rose cannot guarantee specific results or match a specific color or shape.

Liability: Saint Rose will not be liable for any damage or injury resulting from the use of our services. By using our services, clients agree to release Saint Rose from any and all liability.

Payment: Payment is due in full at the time of the appointment. We accept cash, credit and debit cards.

Privacy Policy: All client information is kept confidential and will not be shared with any third parties.

Refund and Returns: All services are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are unhappy with the results of your procedure, we will do our best to correct it, but no refunds will be given.
